Are you an Australian owned and operated business?
Yes! We are proudly Australian owned and operated.

 

Where are you based?
Our warehouse is based in Brisbane, Queensland. However, we also have a team based in Adelaide, South Australia. Our staff regularly travel across Australia to meet with customers as required.

 

What type of bags do you supply?
We have Bags In Stock printed with our own designs that are available for immediate purchase by retailers across Australia. We also create Custom Bags in all shapes and sizes and for all purposes. For example, shopping bags, cooler bags, promotional bags and more. These can all have your business logo/design printed on them. The bags are fully customisable so we can provide the perfect solution for your needs.

Can you produce eco-friendly bags for my business?

Absolutely! We offer a wide range of eco-friendly materials, such as jute, hessian juco, cotton, calico, canvas and non woven. These materials are sustainable and perfect for businesses looking to reduce their environmental impact.

How durable are your bags?
Our bags are designed for durability and repeated use. We use high-quality materials and robust stitching to ensure they can handle heavy loads, making them perfect for businesses that need reliable and long-lasting bags.

Custom Bags

Can I customise the bags with my company's logo?
Absolutely! We offer fully customisable options where you can add your logo, choose the bag's shape, size, colour, type of handle or anything else you want.

 

Can we receive samples of your custom bags?

Yes, we can provide samples of our custom bags. Samples may be chargeable, depending on the level of customisation required, and sample production times will vary. This allows you to see the quality and ensure the design meets your expectations before committing to a full order.


How long does it take to make the custom bags?
Our standard lead time for custom bags is approximately 12 weeks from the time you finalise the design until the bags are delivered to you. If you need the bags more urgently, we can expedite the process using air freight which cuts the lead time to approximately 4 weeks.


How involved can I be in the design process?
You can be fully involved in the design process - you can supply your own design/logo files and we can work with you to make any desired changes.

Can you create custom bag designs from scratch, or do I need to provide a design?

We can create bag designs from scratch, or you can provide your own artwork. Our design team will work closely with you to develop a unique bag that reflects your brand and meets your business needs.

Can I see a digital mockup of my custom bag before final production?
Yes, we provide digital mockups during the design process. This ensures that you are completely satisfied with the look and feel of your bag before we begin production.


What is the minimum/maximum order quantity for custom bags?
The minimum order quantity is typically 500 bags, however this can vary depending on the design/style chosen. Please reach out to us with your specific needs, and we'll provide you with all the details. There is no maximum order quantity.

Bags In Stock Range

Can I pick and choose which designs I order from your Bags In Stock range?
Most of our bags come in cartons with a set number of premixed designs.  However, some designs are available as a standalone choice.  Contact us to find out more.

Shipping

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes, you can visit our warehouse by prior arrangement. Please contact us to arrange this.


Where do you deliver to?
We deliver Australia-wide!  We can also arrange delivery overseas if needed - contact us to find out more.


What is your usual shipping time?
In most cases we will dispatch your order from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.  Shipping times can vary depending on your location - but we typically expect you would receive your order within 1-2 weeks.


How much does shipping cost?
For our Bags In Stock range, shipping will be calculated based on your exact order and your delivery location.  We offer shipping discounts for larger orders.  For custom bag orders, freight is included in the final price quoted unless otherwise stated. Contact us to find out exact shipping costs for your order and for any discounts that may be available for larger orders.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available for both our in-stock and custom bag ranges. If you need your order quickly, please let us know, and we can provide details on expedited shipping options.

Manufacturing

Where are the bags manufactured?
Our bags are manufactured in India and then shipped to our warehouse in Queensland.


How do I know your bags are environmentally friendly?  
We use natural eco-friendly materials like Jute, Juco, Calico and Canvas to make environmentally friendly bags.  Our operations are regularly audited to ensure compliance with the Global Recycled Standard (version 4.0) and the Global Organic Textile Standard (version 6.0). What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payment via cash or bank transfer.
